Tracking numbers can take 2–5 days to activate after shipping. If it's been more than 5 days and still no updates, please email us with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.

This is normal during international shipping. Updates pause when packages are in transit between countries or going through customs. If there's no update for 10+ days, email us and we'll check with the carrier.
